Our company had the opportunity to participate in the modernization of the energy infrastructure at the FTE AUTOMOTIVE CZECHIA production plant, a member of the Valeo Group. This plant, located in Podbořany in the Ústí nad Labem Region, underwent a significant upgrade to its energy infrastructure, bringing not only increased efficiency but also a strong focus on sustainability and operational reliability.
Initial Situation
A detailed analysis of operational data enabled us to identify optimization opportunities. As a result, the decision was made to replace the original transformers with two modern SGB Czech Trafo 1250 kVA units. This change brought several benefits: the new transformers allow for more efficient energy management, reduced operational losses, and compliance with the latest safety and sustainability standards.
